Hey, I'm Dr. Marsha
I’m a naturopathic physician of 15 years, founder of Flow Natural Health Care, creator of the Wild Pursuits Method, and a lifelong athlete. After spending years working within a dysfunctional healthcare model and decades pursuing the best way to eat, train, and supplement as an athletic woman, I built a new model – one that truly supports women and especially active women going through perimenopause and menopause.
Perimenopause and postmenopause are a normal transition that can disrupt and derail almost every area of your life. Despite the fact that every individual with ovaries will go through menopause, there are very few effective and viable solutions being offered to women.
The truth is, you do have control over your body in perimenopause and menopause, it just takes strategy and working with your hormones.

I am a certified “Menopause Coaching Specialist” and “Health Coach,” and I integrate these specializations into my teachings, making me an ideal guide for navigating the changes and challenges of menopause.
